i received a wonderfully packaged parcel from kirsten of pom love the other day and contained within was this lovely little business card...
seriously, how darling are those elephants! love the button and tissue paper flower applique! great detail, kirsten!
man oh man days are really flying by lately - know what i mean? and i just can't keep things straight...meant to post this invitation suite last week and it totally escaped my mind.
the latest SweetBeaker creation is really a spin on an old one - new colors, updated typography and, this time around, i've thrown in a little patternwork...
the front 'wraps' around to the back...
and, a hand-punched calendar brings even more attention to your special date...
this invitation suite was originally a custom job but, since i've had lots of interest in personalizing it, i'm thinking of offering it in the shoppe - what do you think?
isn't this a great idea for christmas 'cards'? or 'cards' for any occasion?

i was perusing through old projects and came across last year's holiday card...
...that i completely forgot to post! i used double-thick chip board and applied separately printed pieces to each side. the ornament(s), purchased here, came in sets of three. i changed out the original ribbon and opted for a simpler, 100% cotton knitting yarn and then i added a personalized tag. a notch in the chipboard keeps the ornament securely in place. a gift + greeting, all in one!
what about this year's christmas card? well, it's designed - just not printed and assembled yet! #1 on my to-do list for this weekend.

SO excited! received a package from kirsten of pom love yesterday! i special ordered a set of 5 poms (tangerine, lemon and magenta) to match charlotte's second birthday party invitations. can't wait to get 'em assembled!
was perusing note maker last night and found o-check design graphics, a korean design company with the most amazing, ever-changing stationery and paper goods selection. they co-market too. i love the combination of simple, understated looks with highly functional products. certainly makes you look twice.
